Dave's Hurtin' Habanero Hot Sauce
Bring the hurt!
Dave's Hurtin' Habanero Hot Sauce is without a doubt my usual hot sauce. What do you mean by usual hot sauce, you ask? Well, I have an answer for you. This is my everyday sauce - plain and simple. This is what I put on my eggs in the morning. This is the sauce I use when I'm not trying other sauces. This is the sauce that I "stand by" - at least until I decide I need something with even more heat.
While some people might think I'm nuts for eating this stuff daily there is no denying that it has great flavor. If you pop a drop on a tortilla chip you'll see what I mean. You can literally read the ingredients and pick out each flavor as it hits your taste buds. The garlic and the onion are subtle but noticeable. The heat and tang balance very well but it's the finish that is fantastic. There's a tasty chile powder kick at the end. And, when I say "kick" I don't mean that it gets spicier. It's just a really pleasant roasty, toasty flavor.
This hot sauce has a consistency that makes it easy to regulate the pour. Dave's Hurtin' Habanero Hot Sauce isn't watery so you won't accidentally drown your pizza; and since you don't have to smack the bottom of the bottle to get it out, you won't end up with giant gobs of fiery pain on your burger either.
In terms of heat, this sauce is no slouch but the more seasoned hot sauce fanatics will be glad to know that you won't have to call the fire department to put out your face if you eat this. I mean, Dude!...You can actually taste the fruitiness of the habaneros without needing a tracheotomy after your meal. That's practically a win-win.
So, I'm a little biased here. I love this product but for very good reasons. Dave's Gourmet just keeps making some of the tastiest hot sauces on the market. I've been a customer and a fan for no less than 15 years and I'm not going to stop now.
So to sum it all up:
Use this on pizza, burgers, eggs, and everything else. I use a drop or two to make my Bangin' Bloody Mary.

This really is a great tasting sauce. Trouble is that there are so many to try some of my favorites get forgotten.
I'll second that. I'm working on my third bottle of this.
