Dave's Gourmet Insanity Mustard

Dave's Gourmet Insanity Mustard is awesome and it's no surprise.  They've consistently been supplying chile lovers with fantastic hot sauces and condiments that range from tame to insane.  I haven't met a Dave's Gourmet product that I didn't like and without a doubt, this one is one of my favorite chile-nerd products.  I've slathered this on pretty much every sandwich I've eaten for lunch over the past two weeks.

The heat is surprising at first because it doesn't have the typical "up the nose" spicy mustard burn.  The heat comes from a dash of Dave's Insanity Sauce so it kicks like a chile but with the flavor of dijon mustard, white wine and sherry.  I must say, it's pretty spicy for the average Joe but it's nothing but fun for a seasoned chile head.  This mustard is very smooth and thick.  It spreads very evenly, has a great consistency and a fantastic texture.  If you haven't already, you need to try this stuff.
