Chipotle Ketchup
Spicy, smoky, tangy and sweet - this ketchup is like crack for burgers. It's so stupid simple to make and it adds so much flavor it's not funny.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo

Directions
- You can either finely chop the chipotle pepper and mix with the other ingredients or you could toss them all in the blender and pulse it. I prefer it finely chopped since it gives the ketchup a little texture. I also get to pass on washing my blender.
Tips
Chipotle - pronunciation:
Chee-pul-tee- wrong.Chee-tah-rah- wrong.- Chee-poht-lay - correct!
