Burgers with Roasted Poblanos
This monterey jack cheese and poblano pepper topped burger is made with steakburger patties
from La Cense. Grass fed Black Angus makes one tasty spicy burger. I used poblano because of the distinct flavor and the fact that it's not so spicy that it would mask the flavor of the burger.

Lamb Fra Diavolo with Penne
Robust chunky tomato sauce imbued with the fire of fresno peppers and the rich flavor of lamb make this dish the perfect rainy day comfort food. That and it has a cool name - Fra Diavolo means "Brother of the Devil." It's very name conjures images of hellfire and brimstone raining down into my sauce pot. Pair this with a glass of Arrowood Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon 2005
and we have perfection. Let's give it a whirl shall we?
